SUMMARY:Kids Sunday fun at the EPO
DESCRIPTION:The Amicale Kids organizes on Sunday a sports camp from 14h00-16h00. The children will enjoy a variety of sports activities. During this timeslot\, parents can use the rest of the amazing EPO clubs facilities (Tennis\, Squash\, Woodworking\, … if you are in these clubs)\, go the EPO gym or simply relax while drinking a coffee. \nThe camps are only for kids from 6 to 11 years old and are overseen by professionals educators (club samedis malins) in English/Dutch/French. Registration is compulsory. The event is free but if you cancel under one week to the event or not attend\, you will be required a contribution of 12€ per children. NB in such cases we invite you to find a replacement for your kid.  \nNB: This year you will need to CREATE AN ACCOUNT and login to use our new modern event tool (see user registration page)\, this way you’ll be able to have an overview of all your registrations (see my bookings page).

By registering your child(ren) via the RSVP you will receive an email with a QR code for every child. \nBy presenting the QR code at the Amicale desk (in the office or Uithof) you will get the required wristband and the voucher for a snack.  \nThe wristband/voucher distribution will take place on December the 5th\,6th\,8th at the Hinge canteen during the lunch hours. \nThe wristband will give your children access to the following: \nfree rental of ice skates for kids\,     ice skating in Funrink\, ice hockey hall and 400m track*\,     free skiing*\, \nSumo wrestling\,      Archery\,      Bungee soccer\,     DJ room\, \n                Kids zone with bouncing castles for the 3-8 year olds\,      Face painting area\,      Balloon folding area\, \nthe ball pit for the little ones… \n  \n* also available to parents subject to limited number of places.\n  \nNB: only @epo.org email addresses are accepted for the main registration. \ncheck your junk mail / spam if you don’t see the email in your inbox within 5 min.  \nWe suggest to flag the email in your inbox to retrieve it easily. \n  \nChildren are required to be registered and accompanied by at least one parent (the main guest).
